Return Insights Setup

You can complete most of the initial Einstein configuration using the Data 360 Setup Guide.

1. Configure Return Insights Permissions
   Before starting the return insights setup, enable the appropriate permissions for users and admin.
2. Create Streams for Return Insights
   You can complete most of the Return Insights configuration by using the Data 360 Setup guide. After you finish setting up Data 360, create data streams. Data streams are the connections and associated data ingested into Data 360.
3. Create Data Mapping for Return Insights
   The next step in setting up return insights is mapping your Sales Order product data.
4. Create Calculated Insights
   To create your return insights, go to the Calculated Insights tab in Data 360.
5. Install Return Insights Package
   After Data 360 and Einstein are configured on your site, install the Return Insights package.
6. Add Classifiers to Flow
   The final step in configuring Return Insights is to add classifiers to flow.
7. Verify Setup
   After you’ve set up Return Insights, ensure that it’s been configured correctly.
