            Change the Status of a Fulfillment Order

            Typically, the status of a fulfillment order updates automatically as the order moves through the fulfillment workflow. If needed, you can also update the status manually if the order hasn’t yet been fulfilled. However, you can’t go back to a status that’s already been passed in the workflow.

            Required Editions

            1. From the Navigation bar, open the Fulfillment Orders list view page.
            2. Select the fulfillment order number, and open the corresponding fulfillment order record.
              You can also open a fulfillment order directly from the associated order summary.
            3. On the upper right of the Fulfillment Order page, click The Action menu drop-down arrow. and select Edit.
            4. Select a new status for the fulfillment order.
            5. Save your changes.
