            Add a Web Store Inventory Source for Exchanges with RMA (B2C Only)

            To use reservations when adding a new item to an exchange order, add a web store inventory source. Reservations help reduce out-of-stock errors by holding a product as soon as it’s placed in a cart.

            Required Editions

            1. From the App Launcher, find and select Web Store Inventory Sources.
            2. Click New.
            3. Select a location or location group.
            4. Select a web store.
            5. Configure how long you want a reservation to last.
            6. Enter an Inventory Cache TTL to set how long the cache lasts.
            7. Select an inventory dimension.
            8. Save your changes.
