When you remove a connected app that’s a component of a package, the app remains available until you update the package with a new version. But if you delete the connected app, it’s permanently deleted. Any version of the managed package that contains the deleted connected app is invalidated and can’t be installed. You can update a version of the package that doesn’t contain the connected app as a component. Never delete a connected app that Salesforce distributes, such as the Salesforce mobile app.
- From Setup, enter Apps in the Quick Find box, then select App Manager.
- Locate the connected app, click
,
and then select View. - Click Delete, and click Delete again to confirm.
