Cumulus Bank wants to email decision-makers at a specific business about an expiring contract. Before sending the email, the bank ensures that it has consent for each email address to receive emails about contract renewals.

- Account contacts who are decision-makers and have a contract expiring within 4 months.
- DMOs involved: Account, Account Contact, Contact Point Email, Contact Point Subscription Consent, Communications Subscription Consent
- Create the Audience Segment in Data Cloud
The audience segment consists of the decision-makers who have a contract expiring within 4 months. Create a reminder email about the upcoming contract renewal. - Filter the Segment and Publish to Marketing Cloud Engagement
After you create a segment, you can narrow the audience by adding filters. For this use case, you filter by job title and whether the person has opted in to receive emails.
