          Publish History of Your Activation

          In Data Cloud, view the activation history to see when and how segments were published. For segments published to a Marketing Cloud Engagement activation target, additional columns appear in the activation history to provide more details. View the same publish history details in a segment record.

          Find and view the activation history from Activations tab in Data Cloud.

          General Activation History

          Header Description
          Segment Number of profiles in your segment
          Activation Number of profiles sent to your activation target
          Last Publish Completed Most recent date and time when your segment was published; value is blank for unpublished segments
          Publish Type How a segment was published
          Publish Status Status of a segment

          Marketing Cloud Engagement Activation History

          Header Description
          Segment Number of profiles in your segment
          Activation Number of profiles sent to your activation target
          Accepted Number of profiles accepted by Marketing Cloud Engagement
          Rejected Number of profiles rejected by Marketing Cloud Engagement and the reasons why they were rejected
          Target Profiles Number of active profiles in the Marketing Cloud Engagement data extension
          Last Publish Completed Most recent date and time when your segment was published; value is blank for unpublished segments
          Publish Type How a segment was published through full or incremental refresh. Full refresh updates all the records in the segment. Incremental refresh updates only the changed records from the last refresh
          Publish Status

          Status of a segment

          • Success: Segment published to Marketing Cloud Engagement
          • Segment Error: Failed to run the segment
          • Activation Error: Failed to generate the activation payload to the target
          • Queued: Waiting to process with the Marketing Cloud API
          • Partner Processing: The API is being processed before storing data in the data extension
          • Partner Error: Failed to store data in the data extension
