Edit retriever versions in AI Models (formerly Einstein Studio) to create versions for testing different
configurations and responses within a prompt. You can edit only custom individual retrievers. If
no prompt templates depend on a retriever, you can delete it.
To manage retrievers or versions in AI Models (create, edit, and
delete)
Allow users to manage models in AI Models
OR
Permission set:
Data Cloud Architect
In AI Models, go to the retriever’s details page.
Alternatively, you can edit an active retriever version from the Retrievers list page.
If no version is active, the most recently modified version is selected.
Select the version that you want to edit or delete.
To edit a retriever version, click Edit Version.
To change filter or results settings, click the associated Edit icon and make
changes.
Save your changes.
(Optional) Update the retriever name and description. Save the changes as a new version
of the retriever.
To delete a retriever version, click Delete Version.
Alternatively, you can delete a retriever and all its versions from the Retrievers list
page if it has no dependencies from prompt templates. You can’t recover a deleted
retriever.
