          Applying Filters in the Data Graph

          You can apply filters when creating a new data graph or editing an existing one.

          Required Editions

          Available in: All Editions supported by Data 360. See Data 360 edition availability.
          User Permission Set Needed
          To edit a data graph:

          Permission set:

          • Data Cloud Architect

          To apply filters:

          1. From Data Graphs, click New to create a data graph, or next to an existing data graph, click Edit.
          2. In the data graph editor page, select the DMOs and fields to include.
          3. To add a filter condition:
            1. In the Conditions section, enter or update your filter condition in the text box.
              Note
              Note Filter conditions in data graphs are evaluated using AND logic only.
            2. Use supported operators, and click Add Condition.
            The system validates the syntax automatically.
          4. To apply sorting and limits:
            1. In the Sort and Limit section, choose the fields to sort by.
            2. Select the sort order (ascending or descending).
            3. Set the maximum number of related records and the time limit.
          5. Review your changes and click Save and Build.
