            Propagate Tags to Downstream Objects and Fields

            In Data 360, apply tags automatically from primary data objects to their related downstream objects to ensure consistent policy enforcement.

            Required Editions

            Available in: All Editions supported by Data 360. See Data 360 edition availability.
            User permission needed  
            To propagate tags: Data Cloud Architect permission set
            1. In Data Cloud, go to the Data Governance tab.
            2. Click Tagging Manager.
            3. Click Propagate Tags.
            4. Select an object.
            5. If you select a data model object or a calculated insight object, select a data space.
            6. Select the object that you want to apply tags downstream to and click Next.
            7. Review the selected objects, and click Propagate Tags.
