Here are some examples of common purchase order and service use cases.
Find Loyal Customers Who Made a Recent Purchase and Without an Urgent Service Case
Filter for individuals in the Gold loyalty tier made a purchase greater than $50 in the last two days and don’t have an open urgent Service Cloud case.
- Loyalty Program Member | Count | At Least | 1
- Loyalty Program Member Status | Is Equal To | Gold
AND
- Case | Count | At Most | 1
- Case Priority | Is Not Equal To | Urgent
AND
- Sales Order | Count | At Least | 1
- Grand Total Amount | Is Greater Than | 50
- Purchase Order Date | Last Number of Days | 2
