          Create a Platform Event-Triggered Flow

          Automate your business process and launch a flow internally when a data record changes. A flow collects data and performs actions in Salesforce or an external system.

          Required Editions

          Available in: All Editions supported by Data 360. See Data 360 edition availability.
          1. From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Flows, and then select Flows.
          2. Click New Flow.
          3. Select Start From Scratch, then click Platform Event - Triggered Flow, and then click Create.
            A platform event-triggered flow runs when an event message is received.
          4. For the platform event, select Data Object Data Change Event.
          5. Click Add Element, and then click Create Records.
          6. Enter the label, API name, and description for your record.
          7. For How to set record field values, select Manually
          8. From the Object dropdown, select your custom object.
          9. Set the field values for your custom object.
          10. To prevent duplicate records, turn on Check for Matching Records.
          11. Add conditions and specify what happens when matching records are found.
          12. Click Save.
          13. Enter the flow label and flow API name.
          14. Click Save.

          Click Activate to activate the flow after building it.
