Troubleshooting for Unstructured Content Harmonization

Relative Links Appear Broken

Solution: Update the relative links in the source content, to use a full path.

Harmonized Content Isn’t Displayed on Data 360’s Data Explorer Tab

Solution:
- UDMO: Ensure you are looking at the Harmonized UDMO, and not a different data object.
- File Format Compatibility: Check that the file types are supported for harmonization. Unsupported formats are only visible to view in their source platform. Unstructured Data File Formats and Connectors.
- Website Content Setup (If Applicable): For content ingested from a website through a Web Content connector, verify that pages and elements are correctly defined. See instructions for Crawler and Sitemap web content.

Images Don't Display

Solution:
- Image Source: Check the original website or file to confirm the image exists, is publicly accessible, and is not blocked by CORS or domain restrictions.
- Image Ingestion: Locate the image record in the UDLO to ensure it was successfully ingested. Images that rely on lazy-loading or dynamic loading on a website may not be captured by the connector.
