Accept or Reject a Clean Room Invitation

Accept or Reject a Clean Room Invitation

If you’re a provider, when you receive an invitation to a Data 360 clean room collaboration, you can accept or reject the request. If you accept, you can choose how to map your data for the collaboration.

          Required Editions

Available in: All Editions supported by Data 360. See Data 360 edition availability.
          User Permissions Needed
To accept a clean room invitation

          Permission set:

          • Data Cloud Architect
          1. In Data Cloud, in your list of collaborations, click the arrow next to the invitation, and select Accept Invitation or Reject Invitation.
If you reject an invitation, you can’t accept it later, but the consumer can send you another invitation to collaborate.
          2. If you accept the invitation, select how to map your data, and click Next.
          3. Select a mapped template or create the mappings.
You can’t edit an existing template, so if you don’t have a mapping that fits the requirements, create one.
          4. Click Next.
          5. Click Accept and Save.

When you accept the invitation, Data 360 creates the Clean_Room_Audit_Log DMO. This DMO stores query details performed against your data. Data 360 also creates a data share and a data share target with the metadata associated with the clean room.
