Create a template to save your data mappings for a specific use case. You can create a
template before a clean room collaboration is active or map your data while creating a
collaboration or accepting an invitation to collaborate.
In Data Cloud, on the Clean Rooms tab, under Mapped Templates, click
New.
Select your role for the use case that you’re mapping data for.
Select the Collaboration Query.
Select a data space and the data model object.
Click Next.
Click the edit icon and select the attribute to map to the data model object field.
Map the Match Key Field to the Match Key DMO created during data
preparation.
Select the path for the attribute.
The path length determines the time needed to process the query results. To save time, use
the shortest path. Only select a longer path if the query must run through other DMOs or
tables.
Click Save.
To map to a subset of an attribute, apply a filter. Applying a filter is recommended for
large datasets.
Click the mapping field’s filter icon.
Select the operator, and enter a value for the filter.
Click Save.
After mapping all the fields, click Next.
Name the template and add an optional description.
Click Save.
