          Create a Vector Search Data Action in Data 360

          Create a vector search data action to act on the unstructured data in near real time and send an alert or an event.

          Required Editions

          Available in: All Editions supported by Data 360. See Data 360 edition availability.
          User Permission Sets Needed
          To create a vector search data action:

          One of these permission sets:

          • Data Cloud Architect
          • Data Cloud Activation Manager
          • Data Cloud Activation Specialist
          1. In Data 360, on the Data Actions tab, click New.
          2. Choose Vector Search Data Action and click Next.
          3. Select a Webhook or Salesforce Platform Event data action target, and click Next.
          4. Select a data space.
          5. Select a search index. Search index of vector search type is available for selection.
          6. Configure search parameters, and click Next.
            • Search context: The search text that returns the relevant results.
            • Results Limit: The number of top results to return from the search. Enter a number between 0 and 10.
            • Score Threshold: The threshold similarity score for vector search. Enter a decimal number between 0 and 1.
          7. Enter the action name. The Action API Name field is auto-filled.
          8. Click Save and Publish.
            You can view your data action on the record home page.
            Note
            Note If you are bringing data through Agentforce data library, you need to rebuild the search index to trigger the vector search data action.
