Create a CRM Data Stream from Financial Services Cloud (FSC) Objects
Add the permissions and license requirements in your Salesforce CRM org to ingest FSC objects.

Be aware of the FSC Data Model you’re using and want to ingest into Data Cloud. In FSC terms, these are called sectors: Commercial Banking, Insurance, Mortgage, Retail Banking, and Wealth Management.
- Log in to the Salesforce org containing the objects and fields that you want to ingest into Data 360.
- Set object permissions.
- From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Permission, and then select Permission Sets.
- Select the Data Cloud Salesforce Connector permission set.
- From Apps, select Object Settings.
- Enable Read and View All Records permissions for the FCS objects.
- Enable the FCS license.
- From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Company Information.
- Select Permission Set Licenses and click Go to list.
- Select the associated license for the Financial Cloud Extension or Financial Services
Cloud Foundations and click Enable for Integrations.Make sure that the user connecting to Salesforce CRM has FSC permissions.
- Enable Interaction Summary.
- From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Feature Settings.
- Select Financial Services Guided Setup, then select Interaction Summary Settings.
- Enable Interaction Summary.
- Set Permission for the user.
- From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter User.
- Select the current active user and click Permission Set Assignments.
- Click Edit Assignments and enable ManageSalesforceCDPConnections.
- Enable Know Your Customer.
- From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Feature Settings.
- Select Financial Services and click General Settings.
- Enable Know Your customer.
- Enable System Permissions.
- From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Users then select Permission Sets.
- Select the Data Cloud Salesforce Connector permission set.
- From System, select System Permissions.
- Enable the following permissions. - Grants access to the Interaction Summary objects and fields- User license to access Mortgage in Financial Services Cloud- Grants access to objects and fields for risk assessment, identity verification, and screening of accounts, contacts, or leads- User license to access the Document Checklist feature- Financial Accounts User
- Enable compliant data sharing for the Interaction and Interaction Summary objects.
- From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Compliant Data Sharing, and then select Object Enablement Settings.
- Enable Interaction.To share an interaction and to access the Interaction Participant object, ensure that compliant data sharing is enabled for the Interaction object.
- Enable Interaction Summary.To share an interaction summary and to access the Interaction Summary Participant object, ensure that compliant data sharing is enabled for the Interaction Summary object.
- Enable data sharing.
- From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Users then select Permission Sets.
- Select the Data Cloud Salesforce Connector permission set.
- From System, select System permissions.
- Enable UseCompliantDataSharing.
