            Set Object Sharing Access for Salesforce CRM

            Sharing access for certain objects, such as QuickTextUsage and MacroUsage, are set to Private by default. To ingest these objects into Data 360, change the organization-wide access to Public.

            Required Editions

            Available in: All Editions supported by Data 360. See Data 360 edition availability.
            User Permissions Needed
            To set default sharing access

            System admin profile OR

            Data Cloud Architect permission set
            1. From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Sharing Settings, and then select Sharing Settings.
            2. Click Edit in the Organization-Wide Defaults area.
            3. Set the Default Internal Access of the object to Public Read Only.
