Enrich Data Actions in Data 360 with Data Graphs

You can enrich a data action in Data 360 with related data graph attributes by including the data graph as a related object.

For example, enrich a data action with related data graph attributes such as the service status, customer ID, customer name, and email address data graph attributes. Then, use the enriched data action to send emails to your customers to remind them of their upcoming vehicle service appointments.

When a change event is triggered to a data action target, such as Marketing Cloud Engagement, Webhook, or Salesforce Platform Event, the resulting JSON structure contains the complete payload.
