          Access Data Cloud One from a Companion Org

          The Data Cloud One app is available in place of the Data 360 app on companion orgs. Use it to access Data 360 features such as profile explorer.

          Required Editions

          User Permissions Needed
          To access Data Cloud One Data Cloud One User permission set
          1. On a companion org, search for Data Cloud One in the app picker.
          2. Select Data Cloud One.

          Not all Data 360 features are available in companion orgs.

          • Data 360 Features on Companion Orgs
            Use the Data Cloud One app to access Data 360 features shared from a Data 360 home org. Full Access means that users with the appropriate permission set can create, update, and delete configurations for the feature on the org they’re logged into.
          • Data 360 Connection Details on Companion Orgs
            In a companion org, you can identify your home org, check what data spaces are shared with your org, and check the health of your companion org's connection in Setup. Use the Connected Org name and Instance details to identify the Data 360 your org is connected to and the geographical region it's housed at.
          • Grant Data Cloud One Access to Users
            Users in companion orgs must be assigned the Data Cloud One User permission set to access Data Cloud One in their org. To view data in shared data spaces, users must be assigned permission sets that have the data spaces they need associated with them.
