          Data Graph Refresh History

          Use Refresh History to see a list of recent refresh events associated with a specific data graph. Refresh information varies based on the refresh schedule selected for the data graph. The refresh history tab includes the most recent refresh runs.

          Required Editions

          Field Name Description
          Start Time The start time of an hourly time window for aggregating record-level statistics, displayed in the time zone configured for your org.
          End Time The end time of an hourly time window for aggregating record-level statistics, displayed in the time zone configured for your org.
          Run Status The current status of the refresh activity.
          Records Processed The number of records that are refreshed in the data graph during the time window.
          Records Removed The number of records that are deleted from the data graph during the time window.
          Records Failed The number of records that failed to refresh in the data graph during the time window.
          • Data Drift in High-Frequency Data Graph Refreshes
            When you schedule a data graph to refresh more frequently than once per day, you can experience data drift. Data drift occurs when rapid refresh cycles don’t fully capture or reconcile updates from the source system, causing temporary inconsistencies in the data graph.
