Billing Impact of Data 360–Powered Features
Some Salesforce CRM features are powered by Data 360 data. These features impact Data Services Credit consumption by increasing usage of associated processes in Data 360 (such as querying, storage, processing, and analytics). Before configuring Data 360-powered features, review feature and usage documentation. Contact your account executive to understand how features impact Data Services Credit consumption in Data 360.
After enablement, monitor credit consumption to ensure that the usage is in line with your expectations.
Consumption charges aren’t applicable to former Customer Data Platform customers under an original contract. Contact your account executive if you have questions about your account or consumption charges.
