Each business unit must be mapped to at least one data space, and you can map a business unit to multiple data spaces. You can also map a data space to many business units.
If Allow Profile Business Unit Mapping Data is enabled in Engagement setup, make sure that the Engagement subscribers are mapped to the same business unit ingested into Data Cloud. If the SFMC Subscribers BU mapping data stream is empty, applications like Data Explorer, Segmentation, and Activation don’t get data for Individual and contact point DMOs.
