          Disconnect a B2C Commerce Instance Connection

          You can delete a connection to your B2C Commerce instance. Removing the connection stops data ingestion from your B2C Commerce instance to Data 360.

          Required Editions

          Available in: All Editions supported by Data 360. See Data 360 edition availability.
          User Permissions Needed
          To disconnect a connection

          System admin profile OR

          Data Cloud Architect permission set

          1. From Setup click Data Cloud Setup.
          2. Under Salesforce Integrations, select B2C Commerce.
          3. Find the connector that you want to disconnect.
          4. Click ▼ next to the connection name, and select Disconnect.
            Note
            Note If the connection that you’re disconnecting has data streams or activations, you’re notified that Data 360 can’t disconnect it. Delete the data streams or activations, and try again.
            The instance and all its data is removed from Data 360.
