          Disconnect a Data Source

          Disconnect a Data Source

          If needed, a data source can be disconnected and removed from Data 360. This disconnect removes all provided data.

          Required Editions

          Available in: All Editions supported by Data 360. See Data 360 edition availability.
          User Permissions Needed
          To access Data Cloud Setup

          System admin profile OR

          Data Cloud Architect permission set

          1. From Setup, select Data Cloud Setup.
          2. Go to the data source page found in Salesforce Integrations or External Integrations.
          3. To disconnect an org from Data 360, click the dropdown menu on the right side of the source's setup page.
          4. Click Disconnect.
            Note
            Note If the org has data streams or segmentations associated with it, these streams must be removed before disconnecting the org.
