          Disconnect a Salesforce CRM Connection

          Disconnect a Salesforce CRM Connection

When you no longer need a connection, you can delete it. After you remove a standard Salesforce CRM connection, Data 360 stops ingesting data from the connected org and deletes all the data it ingested from that org, except trust files. Data ingested from the org is removed from unified profiles the next time that identity resolution runs.

          Required Editions

Available in: All Editions supported by Data 360. See Data 360 edition availability.
          User Permissions Needed
          To disconnect a connection

          System admin profile OR

          Data 360 Architect permission set

          1. From Setup, select Data 360 Setup.
          2. In Salesforce Integrations, select Salesforce CRM.
          3. Next to the connector that you want to remove, click ▼ and select Disconnect.
            Note
Note If the connection you’re disconnecting has data streams and associated data action targets or is tied to a Data 360 One companion connection, you can’t remove the connection. To remove the connection, first delete the data streams or remove the companion connection.
          4. Click Disconnect to get redirected to the login screen.
          5. Log in to the org using your Salesforce credentials.
          6. Confirm disconnection by entering the Data 360 org identifier. You can find this ID on the modal under Data 360 Org Details. This ID specifies which Data 360 org stops retrieving data from your source org.
          7. Check the checkbox to agree to disconnect the connection and click Disconnect.
The connection no longer appears in the list of standard Salesforce CRM connections.

After you remove the connection, you can't undo it.

The connection and all of its data is removed from Data 360, but the trust files aren't removed.
