Configure Real-Time Matching in Data 360

Configure Real-Time Matching in Data 360

You can configure any ruleset for real-time matching after its first ruleset run is completed by creating a real-time data graph based on the ruleset’s output unified profile data model object.

          Required Editions

Available in: All Editions supported by Data 360. See Data 360 edition availability.
          User Permissions Needed
To create or edit identity resolution rulesets

          Permission set:

          • Data Cloud Architect
          1. Set up required mappings.
          2. Create an identity resolution ruleset.
          3. Run identity resolution.
          4. After the run is complete, set up a real-time data graph based on the unified profile created by the ruleset.
          5. The real-time data graph is refreshed from the unified individual DMO every 24 hours during the pilot period.
          6. During real-time matching, identity resolution matches a specific customer profile to a unified profile in the data graph to return real-time profile data.
