Data 360 Profiles License Base License Limits
Limits in this document represent the base limits of a single Data 360 Profiles or Data 360 Enterprise Profiles license. Some limits can be raised by purchasing multiple copies of the license or buying add-on licenses.
Data 360 Profile Limits on Data Cloud One Companion Orgs and Sandbox Orgs
Data Cloud One Org Companion Orgs: Batch calculated insights and segments created on companion orgs are counted toward the Data 360 home org’s limit.
For example, if the home org purchases the base Data 360 Profiles license without any add-ons, it’s limited to 25 batch calculated insights. If the home org has 20 batch calculated insights and the companion org has 5 batch calculated insights, the org cluster has hit its limit of 25 batch calculated insights.
Data 360 Sandboxes: Each sandbox org created from the production Data 360 home org inherits the limits of its parent org. Identity resolution rulesets, batch data transforms, batch calculated insights, and segments on the Data 360 sandbox org and its connected companion orgs are counted toward the Data 360 sandbox org’s limit.
On sandbox orgs, the number of profiles counted toward the profile limit is calculated by multiplying the number of profiles by the weight. For example, if a production org has 100 unified profiles with a weight of 1, then 100 unified profiles times 1 is counted as 100 unified profiles (100 x 1 = 100 profiles). A sandbox org’s profiles have a weight of 0.8. Therefore, 100 profiles on a sandbox are counted as 80 profiles (100 x 0.8 = 80).
