            Link or Unlink Data Shares and Data Share Targets

            Link data shares with a data share target to make them available to an external system. You can also unlink a data share from a data share target.

            Required Editions

            Available in: All Editions supported by Data 360. See Data 360 edition availability.
            User Permissions Needed
            To link or unlink data shares:

            Permission set:

            • Data Cloud Architect
            1. In Data 360, go to the Data Shares tab.
            2. Click the data share that you want to link or unlink.
            3. On the data share’s record home page, click Link/Unlink Data Share Target.
            4. Select the data share target.
              If you’re unlinking a data share target, follow the same process and deselect it.
            5. Click Save.

            Linked data share targets are listed on the data share record home page.
