If you have Data Cloud users who need to access multiple data spaces, create a dedicated permission set for feature access. This dedicated permission set connects a user with a specific data space to grant only feature-level access within it. It contains no object permissions. Use standard Data Cloud permission sets to grant users role-based object permissions. You can apply the dedicated permission set to any feature that is data space aware.
