Marketing Cloud Engagement Refresh Mode
When ingesting data into Data 360 from Marketing Cloud Engagement, the refresh mode is either upsert or full refresh. Each handles your data differently.
Upsert Mode
If your data stream is created in upsert mode, for each refresh, new information is added and the old information is retained.
Full Refresh
If your data stream is created in full refresh mode, your data is replaced with the new import in each refresh cycle. Contacts can be deleted if they aren’t listed in a new ingestion. We recommend that you delete from the source only the contacts that you want to remove from your Data 360 data.
