            Review Currencies Connection Status in Data Cloud

            If your Data Cloud org uses multiple currencies from your Salesforce CRM org, you can review the associated connection’s status.

            Required Editions

            Available in: All Editions supported by Data 360. See Data 360 edition availability.
            User Permissions Needed
            To disable a connection:

            Permission set:

            • Data Cloud Architect
            1. Go to Data Cloud Setup.
            2. Under Admin Tools, click Currency Connections.

              You can review the following information about each currencies connection: source type, status, exchange rates, available currencies, and the org id for the connection.

            3. To review information about the currencies associated with the connection, from its dropdown menu, click View Details.

            If a connection isn’t enabled, from its dropdown menu, click Retry.
