          Enable Notebook AI Web Access

          Enable Notebook AI Web Access

          Give enterprise users access to Data 360 Notebook AI web application. Authorize the Notebook AI web application to connect to your Salesforce org and allow users to log in to the application from the web.

          Required Editions

          Available in: All Editions supported by Data 360. See Data 360 edition availability.
          User Permissions Needed
          To enable access to Notebook AI Web application for users System admin profile

          Enable users access to Notebook AI in Data 360. For more information see, Enable Notebook AI User Access

          Set User Profile Permissions

          1. From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Profiles.
          2. Select the profile your users are assigned to.
          3. Under Administrative Permissions, select API Enabled.

          Enable Notebook AI to Securely Connect with your Salesforce Org

          1. From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter CORS.
          2. Select CORS.
            This page lists URL patterns allowed for cross-origin resource sharing (CORS).
          3. Click New to add a new URL pattern in the Allowed Origins List.
          4. Enter https://notebookai.salesforce.com in the Origin URL Pattern box and save your settings.
          5. Approve the Notebook AI connected app.
            1. Go to the applications's login page, notebookai.salesforce.com..
            2. Log in using your system administrator credentials.
            3. To give access to the application, Click Allow .
              This initial login makes the application visible in your org's setup menu so you can install it.

          Install the Notebook AI Application in Your Salesforce Org

          1. From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Connected Apps Oauth Usage and select it.
          2. Find NotebookAIConnectedApp in the list and install it.
          3. Review policies and continue to install the application.
