            Profile Explorer Considerations

            When using Profile Explorer or the Data 360 Unified Profile Lightning apps, keep these considerations in mind.

            • Use Profile Explorer and Unified Profile Lightning apps to show data from data model objects that are part of a unified profile.
            • The Last Job Status of the most recent ruleset run of the Identity Resolution ruleset that generated the Unified Profile must be Successful.
            • The Profile Explorer individual view and Data 360 Unified Profile Lightning apps only show profile data when you view Unified Individual records from the data space and for the Unified Individual data model object selected during configurations.
            • The Data 360 Profile Insights app only shows an result if the configured calculated insight has one dimension and is associated with the Unified Profile selected.
              • To display a calculated insight when viewing a Unified Profile in Profile Explorer, include the UnifiedIndividiual.ssot_id__c field in the outer query.
            • The Data 360 Profile Insights app displays numerical metrics using a graph. If the app was configured to display a non-numeric metrics (for example, text or date metrics), an error is returned because these values can’t be displayed in graph format.
