          Query Editor

          Query Editor

With the Data 360 Query Editor, you can directly query harmonized customer data using Data 360 SQL (Structured Query Language). You can build queries on data lake objects, data model objects, calculated insights objects, and data graphs.

          Query Editor empowers you to:

          • Explore and understand data: Get a complete view of your unified customer profiles, engagement history, and all connected data within Data 360.
          • Perform ad-hoc analysis: Quickly write and execute SQL queries to answer specific business questions, validate data integrity, or investigate data patterns.
          • Validate data and transformations: After setting up data streams and transformations, use the Query Editor to verify that data is processed as expected.
          • Build and test SQL queries: Develop and refine the SQL logic for custom segments, calculated insights, or data extracts before implementing them in other Data 360 features or external systems.
          • Troubleshoot data issues: Pinpoint and diagnose discrepancies, missing data, or unexpected values by querying the raw and transformed data directly.

          Topics

          • Create a Workspace in Query Editor
Use a workspace in Query Editor to build, execute, and save SQL queries for data lake objects, data model objects, and data graphs in Data 360.
          • Create Queries in Query Editor
Build Data 360 SQL queries on data late objects (DLOs), data model objects (DMOs), calculated insights objects (CIOs), and data graphs. With Daat 360 queries you get a more in depth view of your data.
          • Delete a Workspace
You can delete a workspace that you no longer need. Deleting a workspace also removes all the queries associated with it.
          • Use Query Editor in a Data Cloud One Companion Org
Query Editor has the same features in the Data Cloud One app as it does in Data 360. However, its settings and data access capabilities vary depending on the companion org.
