            Create a Workspace in Query Editor

            Use a workspace in Query Editor to build, execute, and save SQL queries for data lake objects, data model objects, and data graphs in Data 360.

            Required Editions

            User Permissions Needed
            To create a workspace: Data Cloud Activation Specialist
            1. In Data Cloud, go to the Query Editor tab.
            2. Choose New.
            3. Enter the workspace name.
            4. From the Data Space dropdown, select the data space.

              When you select a data space to query, Query Editor displays only the objects available in that data space.

            5. Choose Save.

            Next, create queries in the Query Editor using your new Workspace.
