Cumulus Bank and Financial Services wants to create a three part journey to welcome new auto policy holders that introduces them to their policy and benefits.

Establish Campaign Requirements

Identify campaign goals
- After a customer is added to the journey, send a welcome email to the new auto policy holder. Send a follow-up email 3 days later, and then a final email 5 days later.
- The campaign is ongoing, regularly adding new customers.

Identify personalization components
- The first email includes the customer’s first name, auto policy number, and start date.
- The second and third emails include the customer’s first name.

Identity audience and data sources
- Customers with an active auto policy created in the past 30 days.
- Unified Individual, RA_PolicyInformation_02, RA_PolicyProducts, and RA_Account02 data sources.

Gather campaign materials
- Create the design for the three auto policy emails in Marketing Cloud Engagement.
