          Personalize Marketing Cloud Engagement communications using direct and related attributes from Data 360. Control the volume and variety of data that can be used in marketing segments.

          This solution guide reviews three use cases for a fictional insurance company, Cumulus Bank and Financial Services.

          Use Case 1

          Send an SMS message to customers who have achieved a new loyalty status in the past 7 days.

          Use Case 2

          Push a reward message to Cumulus customer apps to notify customers who have earned Gold loyalty status.

          Use Case 3

          Introduce new customers to their insurance policy and benefits using a series of emails.

            In Data 360 create an audience segment for a gold status notification campaign.
          10. Activate the Segment and Add Related Attributes
            When your segment is complete, the next step is to activate it, add, and filter related attributes in Data 360.
          11. Review Data in Marketing Cloud Engagement
            After the segment is activated, a data extension is added to the Marketing Cloud Engagement business unit that you identified in the activation.
          12. Create a MobilePush Journey in Marketing Cloud Engagement
            With the data extension located and content reviewed, Cumulus can now build the Push campaign.
          13. Use Case 3: New Auto Policy Welcome Series
            Cumulus Bank and Financial Services wants to create a three part journey to welcome new auto policy holders that introduces them to their policy and benefits.
          14. Create the Policy Segment in Data 360
            Create an audience segment for the auto policy welcome journey.
          15. Activate the Segment, Add, and Filter Related Attributes
            When your segment is complete, the next step is to activate it and add related attributes. Because this campaign is specific to users with new auto policies within a specific date range, add filters to prevent other policies from being sent to Marketing Cloud.
          16. Locate the Data Extension in Marketing Cloud Engagement
            After it’s activated, a data extension is added to the Marketing Cloud Engagement business unit identified in activation.
          17. Compose the Email in Content Builder
            Let’s walk through the steps to create the first welcome email in this campaign.
          18. Create a Welcome Series in Journey Builder
            Now that the emails are complete, you can create the journey.
