Set Up a Google Cloud Storage Target Connection
After you create your Data 360 instance, you can set up a Google Cloud Storage (GCS) connection.

Prerequisites
- Complete the tasks in Set Up Permissions for the Google Cloud Storage Connector
- Review the Data Cloud IP Allowlist and make sure the GCS Connection has necessary access.
- In Data 360, select Data Cloud Setup.
- Under External Integrations, select Other Connectors.
- Click New, and click Target.
- Select Google Cloud Storage, and click Next.

Enter a connection name, connection API name, authentication details: access key,
secret key, and connection details: bucket name and parent directory.
Access key The access key generated during creation of the key in Google Cloud Storage platform Secret key The secret key is generated during creation of the key in Google Cloud Storage platform. Bucket name The name of the bucket where you set up permissions in Google Cloud Storage platform. Parent directory The folder in the bucket where you want to transfer the data. It doesn’t include the bucket name.
Important It’s recommended to use a different parent directory for source and target connection. - To review your configuration, click Test Connection.
- Click Save.
