          Create a Global Filter

          Create a global filter in your semantic model to get a focused view of your data. The semantic model applies the global filter before any other filters that are manually added.

          Required Editions

          Available in: All Editions supported by Data 360. See Data 360 edition availability.
          User Permissions Needed
          To create a global filter:

          Permission set:

          • Data Cloud Architect

          AND

          Semantic Models object

          1. In Data Cloud, on the Semantic Layer tab, select a data model.
          2. On the Model Filters tab, click Add Filter, and search for the field to filter.

          3. Select the operator and the values.
          4. Click Apply.
