Create a Data Transform Platform Event Flow

Create a platform-triggered flow for data transform event actions.

          Note
Note In some cases, running a platform event for data transforms can result in duplicate actions being performed. To prevent duplicate actions when running a platform event for data transforms, consider it in a decision condition, or alternatively create a data transform record event flow.
          1. In Data Cloud, select Setup.
          2. In the Quick Find box, enter Flows, and select Flows.
          3. Click New Flow.
          4. Select View All, then click Platform Event—Triggered Flow.
          5. In the right pane, from the Choose Platform Event drop-down, select Data Transform Event.
Choose Data Transform Event for flow.
          6. Under Advance Setting, choose the workflow user.
          7. From the left pane, click to add an element. For example, add a decision action.
          8. In the right pane, enter a label for the action.
          9. Define the outcome details and condition requirements. You can add more conditions as needed.

          10. From the left pane, add an element to trigger the flow action based on the conditions. For example, you can select Run Batch Data Transform if the conditions are met and send an email if the conditions are not met.
Choose an element to trigger the flow action.
          11. Enter the details for the action.
