Create a Data Transform Record Event Flow

Create a Data Transform Record Event Flow

Create a record-triggered flow for data transform event actions. With a record-triggered flow, you can update another record, send a notification, or initiate a process.

          1. In Data Cloud, select Setup.
          2. In the Quick Find box, enter Flows, and select Flows.
          3. Click New Flow.
          4. Select View All, then click Record-Triggered Flow.
          5. In the right pane, from the Select Object drop-down, select the Data Transform object.
          6. Select when to trigger the flow.
          7. From the Condition Requirements dropdown, select All Conditions Are Met (AND).
          8. Define the condition. In this example, the transform CleanEngagementRecord is specified and the Data Transform Status value is set to Error. You can then add an action based on the condition requirements.
Configure the record-triggered flow for data transform event actions.
