          Advanced Configuration for Data Graphs

In Data 360, advanced configuration for data graphs allows you to customize the data graph beyond the default settings.

It's helpful when you need tailored representations for complex datasets.

          • Add or Remove Root Key Indicators in DMO Metadata
Root Key is the primary key of the primary data model object (DMO) of the data graph. In a data graph, a root key is the main identifier. It is also the initial access point for data retrieval. This is the primary key of the primary DMO.
          • Data Graph Tag Propagation
A data graph supports access and security management through tag-based controls, similar to how calculated insight objects (CIOs) are managed. Row-level security (RLS) defined on participating DMOs isn’t automatically enforced in data graphs. Depending on the level of data protection required, administrators can enforce access by using tag propagation.
          • Data Cloud One Support for Data Graphs
Access data graphs from a companion org through the Data 360 Companion app. From the Data Graphs tab, you can view a list of available data graphs and select any graph to explore its structure, selected fields, JSON preview, and filter settings.
          • Special Handling of DMO Relationships in Data Graphs
Data model object (DMO) relationships can affect how data is processed and reflected in data graphs, particularly in real-time data graphs. Review DMO relationship types when designing data graphs to make sure that processing behavior aligns with your expected update patterns.
