Experience Cloud site managers must be internal site users.Site managers must also be members of the site that they’re managing.
A site manager monitors engagement. They need access to reports and dashboards that show activity and membership trends, such as how frequently members log in. By monitoring site membership and activity, managers can better engage site members and encourage participation.
Member recognition and friendly competition can also lead to more active members. Experience Cloud site managers can set up a points system and reputation levels that reward members when they perform certain actions. When members reach the level's point threshold, they move up a level.
