Create two page layouts: one for the channel manager and partner profiles in your partner
site.
From Setup, enter Leads in the Quick Find box, then select
Page Layouts under Leads.
Create a lead page layout for partner users by
cloning the primary lead layout. Let’s call this Lead Distribution - <User
Profile>.
Modify the page layout to add, remove, or modify the behavior of fields, action buttons,
related lists, and layouts based on who the layout is for. Typically, channel managers see more
data than partner users.
Save the page layout.
Repeat for channel manager profiles.
