Configure Highlight-to-Ask on Your Experience Cloud Site To let users ask Agentforce questions about highlighted text in knowledge articles, configure the Context-Aware Quick Chat Lightning Web Component on your Experience Cloud site. Passing context makes sure your users get in-context questions powered by an Agentforce Service agent. The Agentforce Service agent provides immediate, relevant answers without leaving the page.
Ask Agentforce About Highlighted Text on an Experience Cloud Site With Highlight-to-Ask, you can ask quick, contextual questions directly from a knowledge article on an Experience Cloud site to get accurate answers from your Agentforce Service agent.
