          Using the Summarize Account Record action and Account Summary topic, a telesales rep can get the account details of a customer when talking to then.

          An account summary includes these details.

          • Comprehensive account overview based on historical data.
          • Retail store compliance summary for facing, promotion, shelf-share, and out-of-stock products.
          • Key account performance insights such as highest- and lowest-performing products and revenue from orders.
          • Historical orders and visits analysis to get insights on operational issues and facings, sorted by accounts, overdue tasks, sales trends.
