The Summarize Account action summarizes an account record. The summary includes account
performance with top and bottom selling products, revenue based on historical orders, account
compliance based on store audits and product surveys, and product recommendations to
upsell.

Cloud Retail Execution and Agentforce for Consumer Goods Cloud add-on
licenses.
User Permissions Needed
To create an agent action:
Manage AI Agents AND Manage Agentforce Employee Agents
From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Agents, and then select
Agentforce Assets.
Click Actions, and then click New Agent
Actions.
For Reference Action Type, select Prompt Template.
For Reference Action, select Summarize Account Record.
For Agent Action Label, enter Summarize Account Record.
Click Next.
For Agent Action Instructions, enter Summarizes an account record, which
includes these insights:Account performance with top 20% selling products, bottom 20% selling
products, and revenue based on historical orders.Account compliance based on store audits and
product surveys, such as promotional compliance, facing compliance, out-of-stock products, and
product distribution status. Upsell product recommendations.
For Loading Text, enter Summarizing account record....
For objectToSummarize Instructions, enter The account record for which a summary
is to be created..
For Prompt Response Instructions, enter The prompt response generated by the
action based on the specified prompt and input.
For Prompt Response Instructions, select Show in Conversation.
