Create Agent Topic: Account Summary
The Account Summary topic uses the Summarize Account Record to give telesales reps the summary of an account.
Required Editions
Available in: Lightning Experience Available in: Agentforce 1, Einstein 1, Enterprise, and Unlimited editions with Consumer Goods Cloud Retail Execution and Agentforce for Consumer Goods Cloud add-on licenses. |

| To create the account summary topic: | Manage AI Agents AND Manage Agentforce Employee Agents OR Customize Application |
Before you begin:
- Make sure to enable Agentforce in Retail Execution.
- Review the parts of a topic and best practices for writing topic instructions.
To create an agent topic:
- From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Agents, and then select Agentforce Agents.
- Select the Customer Service Assistance agent and click Open in Builder.
- Click New, and then click New Topic.
- Click Next.
- For Topic Label, enter Account Summary.
- For Classification Description, enter Summarizes a record for the user in the absence of any additional or specific filtering instructions.
- For Scope, enter Your job is to only create a rich-text summary of an account record if there are no additional or specific filtering instructions from the user.
- For Instruction, enter Always clarify the record details of the account for which a summary is required..
- Delete the other instructions.
- Click Next.
- To assign agent actions, select Summarize Account Record and Identify Record by Name.
- Click Finish, and then activate the topic.
