          Actions Available for Customer Community Plus Users in Salesforce Contracts

          Users with the CLM Digital Experience Partner or CLM Runtime User permission set can share contract documents with Customer Community Plus users. After the contract documents are shared, Customer Community Plus users can access the documents through the Customer Community portal. Within the portal, they can perform a range of actions on the shared documents.

          Action Description
          View contracts Log in to the Customer Community portal to view the contracts associated with the Customer Community Plus user account.
          Refresh the contract list Click the refresh icon to view the latest contract statuses.
          Open a contract Click the Contract Number link to open the contract. View shared contract documents when a contract is in the Activated, Awaiting Signature, Signed, Negotiating, or Signature Declined status.
          Download documents Click the download icon to save shared contract documents.
          Switch between signed and unsigned documents Click the document name to toggle between signed and unsigned documents in a contract. Use the download icon to download the signed document.
          Review documents Click Open in Microsoft 365 to edit a document in the Microsoft 365 editor. See .
          View e-signature status When a contract is sent for e-signatures, click View E-Signature Status to know the status of the signatures.
