Add a Reviewed Clause to Clause Library

Add a Reviewed Clause to Clause Library

Review clause requests submitted by contract authors or template designers from the Clause Review Requests dashboard. Add suitable clauses to the clause library, modify clause set or clause names as needed, or delete requests that don't meet criteria.

          USER PERMISSIONS NEEDED
To add a clause to the clause library:

          Clause Designer User permission set

          REQUIRED EDITIONS
          Available in: Lightning Experience
Available in: Enterprise, Unlimited, Professional, and Developer Editions
          1. From the App Launcher, find and select Document Clause Sets.
          2. Click Clause Review Requests.
          3. To review and add the clause to the clause library, select Review Clause Request from the dropdown menu for a request, change the values as required, and then click Add to Clause Library.
If you specify a new name for the clause, a new clause in the Draft status is created within the selected clause set. If you select the name of an existing clause that's is in the Draft or Approval status, the clause is updated with new content. If the existing clause is in the Active or Archived status, another version of the clause is created.
